    Before I began my yoga journey, it was impossible for me to relax and I held on to a lot of stress in my shoulders and neck. I was a bundle of nerves and anxiety with thoughts running around my mind all day.

    I tried seeing a chiropractor, but the relief never lasted longer than a couple days.
