What are Visuals? This class goal is to understand what really are visuals, how they work and how to use them in the best way.

I’m Mauro Toselli (aka @xLontrax ) and I’m an IT Director and Sketchnoter living and working in Italy. In this class I would like to share what I learned in years of practice and make some exercises along with you.

We will start from the very beginning of every visual, thinking, and we’ll explore all of the steps from thoughts, to producing a visual and what happens when someone looks at our visuals.

This is a practical class and the structure is very easy to follow: I start with a “talk”, a descriptive and informative lesson (I will show plenty of pictures) then the following lesson is an exercise related to “the talk”. I will explain in detail how to do the exercises and I’ll show you a practical example

I’ll actually do the exercise with you and, I’m particularly proud of this, what I’ll see to is “true and genuine”, meaning that I didn’t do any rehearsal , what you will see is the real, “one-n-done” exercise.

If you are new to visuals I strongly suggest to take the free “Sketchnote4Everybody” introductory class to get the fundamentals and a nice base of knowledge about sketchnotes and visuals too.
